Donate Furniture Reading, PA

When you upgrade the furniture in your Reading, PA office or home, donate pieces to OppShop, the retail thrift store operated by Opportunity House, when they’re still in saleable condition. Opportunity House welcomes a variety of resources to do our work, and we make donations as convenient as possible.

Donate Furniture Reading PADonations of furniture to OppShop allow us to forward the profits toward the shelter’s work. We also put the pieces to work when required by residents entering temporary or permanent housing units we provide.

The shelter consistently needs new, unopened packages of underclothing, hygiene products, and self-care items. We also welcome donations of clothing, accessories, kitchen items, decor, and more for sale in the OppShop environment. Financial donations via card, check, cash, and shares are also welcome.
