Living our core values: Katherine always puts others first and makes sure to help out anywhere she can.

Katherine did an amazing job of getting the lunch, snacks, and drinks ready for our field trips during summer camp at the Second Street Learning Center. Katherine also maintained a report that documented the field trips each child attended throughout the summer. This is an essential part of our reporting process.

She is reliable and dependable.  She’s willing to help in any classroom when needed and willing to stay late to ensure we have adequate staff to provide Keystone 4 Star quality daycare each day of the week.

This helps make a better future for the kids in our community.

We also care about the environment. With our Reuse and Recycle program, we’re proud to stop more than 1,000,000 pounds of waste from going into landfills. This shows how much we want to help. There’s also OppShop – a thrift store at 3045 N. 5th Street Highway in Muhlenberg. You can find used clothes for everyone in the family, plus furniture, things for the house, baking stuff, and small appliances. All of these things need a new home.

And guess what? When you buy things from OppShop, you’re helping us help others. The money we get goes right into programs that help homeless people, even veterans who don’t have a home in Berks County.
