Opportunity House Core Values Champion: Kim

Core Values Champion Kim

Today, we celebrate Kim for being named an Opportunity House Core Value Champion. We recognize employees who demonstrate our core values in action.

Name: Kim H.

Title:  Housing Case Manager

Core Value Demonstrated: #3 We know the power of going above and beyond.

Living our core values:  On numerous times Kim had to pick up and take care of resident issues outside of work time and is selfless about it. She has had to “figure” it out on several incidents when after hours and off site.  She cares about others and wants to see them succeed. That’s an amazing quality.

Kim goes above and beyond daily; she is always willing to go the extra mile for clients and coworkers. Kim helps out with shelter clients on a daily basis that are not on her caseload.

Kim believes in making an impact with our clients. She believes in working hard to guide individuals to make positive changes in their lives. She doesn’t get discouraged by slip ups, she always says if we reach just one, we made an impact.
